This Risk Disclosure explains key risks you should consider before participating. 1. High-risk product
Cryptocurrencies, NFTs, and Web3 staking products are high-risk and highly volatile. You may lose part or all of your capital. Do not invest more than you can afford to lose.
2. No guaranteed returns
All numbers on this site — including AGT Staking APR (14–28%), GPU Cluster reward rates (0.1–0.2% daily), Node reward percentages (5/10/20%), NFT multipliers (1.5×–3.0×), and Smart Reward breakdowns — are protocol design parameters and not a guarantee of future earnings. Actual outcomes depend on network conditions, market dynamics, and ecosystem activity.
3. Market volatility
Crypto markets operate 24/7 and can experience extreme price movements in short timeframes. The value of AGT Token may rise or fall significantly.
4. Smart Contract risk
All AGT activities are governed by Smart Contracts deployed on Binance Smart Chain. Smart Contracts may contain bugs, exploits, or unforeseen behaviours despite testing and audits. Loss of funds due to Smart Contract failure may be unrecoverable.
5. Wallet & custody risk
You are responsible for the security of your own wallet and private keys. AGT does not custody your funds. Lost recovery phrases cannot be restored. Always use trusted wallets (Bitget Wallet is recommended) and follow security best practices.
6. Regulatory risk
Digital-asset and Web3 regulation is evolving worldwide. AGT services may not be available, or may be restricted, in your country. It is your responsibility to comply with local law. AGT may at any time restrict access from certain jurisdictions.
7. Referral & community reward risk
Earnings from referral, community, and VIP pool rewards depend on team activity, ecosystem growth, and Smart Contract distribution rules. Income examples shown on this site are illustrative — actual earnings vary substantially and may be zero.
8. Tokenomics risk
The value of AGT Token depends on ecosystem usage and market conditions. Tokenomics features including mining schedule, supply distribution, and reward allocations are subject to change as documented in the AGT Whitepaper.
